About Paul

Paul started out as a mortgage adviser with Halifax, where he spent over four years before making the move into the broker world with Navigate. Since then, he’s worked his way up to become one of the top five brokers in Northern Ireland, picking up a few awards along the way.

In 2024, Paul became a Director at Navigate, and by April 2025 2025 he officially invested in the business, now owning an equal share alongside his two partners Paul McCoubrey & Michael Hamill. These days he splits his time between advising clients and helping lead the business, with a big focus on keeping Navigate growing strong.

Paul’s been married to Zoe since 2019 and recently became a proud dad to baby Leo, born on 29th July 2025 – he says the best thing ever! The three of them love their walks into Ballyhackamore and trying out the local restaurants and bars.

Right now, Paul’s biggest goal is finding the right balance between work and family life – helping as many clients as he can while spending plenty of time with Leo.
