Navigate Mortgages Referral Club Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • The Navigate Mortgages Referral Club (“Referral Club”) is open to all current clients of Navigate Mortgages who are 18 years or older and residents of the UK.
  1. How to Participate
  • To participate, simply refer a friend, family member, or colleague who is not currently a client of Navigate Mortgages.
  • All referrals will be subject to verification by Navigate Mortgages to ensure eligibility.
  • The referred person must have a mortgage or insurance product successfully submitted by Navigate Mortgages for the referrer to be eligible for the reward.
  1. Referral Reward
  • Upon the submission of the referred client’s mortgage or insurance with Navigate Mortgages, the referrer will receive a ÂŁ100 Amazon, M&S or Just Eat voucher.
  • The reward is limited to one voucher per successful referral, regardless of the number of mortgages the referred person secures through Navigate Mortgages.
  • Navigate Mortgages reserves the right to substitute the reward with a similar product of equal or higher value at its discretion.
  1. Reward Distribution
  • The reward will be sent to the referrer within 30 days of the referred client’s mortgage being submitted.
  • The reward will be sent electronically to the email address or mobile number provided by the referrer unless otherwise specified.
  • Navigate Mortgages is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered rewards due to incorrect contact information provided by the referrer.
  1. Referral Limitations
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, but each referral must be a unique individual who is not an existing client of Navigate Mortgages.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted and will not qualify for the reward.
  • The referred individual must mention the referrer during the initial consultation for the referral to be valid.
  1. Program Modifications
  • Navigate Mortgages reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Club at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants via email or the company’s website.
  1. General Conditions
  • Navigate Mortgages reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Referral Club if they are found to be violating the terms and conditions, including but not limited to providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Referral Club shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  1. Privacy
  • Navigate Mortgages will only collect, use, and store personal information provided by participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • By participating in the Referral Club, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Referral Club.
